Joe Buck has deep roots in Lake Oswego, owns two businesses here and another in Washington County. He has served well on the Lake Oswego City Council, has employed hundreds of people. I have personally sat in many budget meetings with Joe. With his background, he is well qualified to serve on the Metro Council, and he will certainly look out for the interests of citizens and businesses.
— David Beckett
Why do I like Joe? He knows how to get things done. He has vision and integrity. He speaks well and has great humor, not to mention a welcoming smile. Everyone knows that he has what it takes to lead and, right now, we need competent leaders.
— Margaret Morgan
Joe understands and is passionate about people, the environment, and sustainability. We need someone like Joe at Metro. He is smart, honest, and sincere.
— Therese
Joe is really passionate about what he does and he has a lot of ideas to implement, which is what we need now.
